Hi Jean,

I think the "Edmeson" was just a result of sloppy and hurried handwriting in the census. When I looked at the actual image, I would have transcribed it as "Edmuson." I think the census taker just forgot the first "n."

The only way I was able to find him was to search in Fannin Co. for any male named Robert b. about 150. That's when the Robert Edmeson popped up.
