This Obadiah Edmunds was my husband's 3 great grandfather. Obadiah Edmunds Sr. who married Sarah Williams, descendant of Roger Williams. I believe the James Edmunds was Obadiah Edmunds Father for we have some information that he served briefly in the Revolution and perhaps was a prisioner for a short time.Have a lot of information on this family if interested.
