Dear Judy, I have a Catherine Edmondson( they
spelled it Edmundson) who married William
Howerton in probably Essex County, Va. Wm. Howerton had a sister, Jane Howerton who married Edmund Edmundson. The Howertons were
the children of William Howerton and his wife
Nannie Hayes. Father Wm Howerton was Rev. War
soldier. Lived Essex and died there abt 1781.
I seek the Edmondson ancestry of Catherine and Edmund, if you can help here. Do you have
wills or other proof of lineage? I descend from Colonel Wm Edmondson of King's Mt. fame as well as the union of Catherine Edmondson and her sp, William Howerton.
