I am looking for information regarding the Edmondson siblings named Andrew, Samuel Gholson, Hugh C. and Kate. I believe that they may have been born in Virginia. I have records indicating that Andrew resided outside of Memphis, TN around the time of the Civil War. I believe that he had a daughter named Isabelle (Belle).
Samuel Gholson was my great-great-grandfather and was a physician trained at the University of Virginia. He moved to Arkansas Post, AR and married Frances Amanda Stillwell Mitchell. They had one child born in 1885 named Robert Walton Edmondson. Dr. Edmondson was shot and killed in 1889. Young Robert was raised by his paternal aunt, Kate who had married a Col. V.M. Johnson.
Hugh C. was a Methodist minister, I believe and had a daughter named Florence, who married Robert T. Singleton.
I would like to know who the parents of these siblings were and if there were other siblings that I have not included. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
