I too am a descendant of John Edmondson and Matilda Wedding, who were the parents of 7 daughters. Two of them were married to Caleb T Greer, Martha J and Caleb were married in Walton Co, Ga. in 1855. Most printed books have this marriage as 1835 which is in error. I have marriage date taken from tombstone for Amanda Edmondson Greer in Claiborne Parish, La but have not found place of marriage. Am interested in info on the Edmondson's who came to Georgia and settled in and around Walton Co, Ga. Caleb and Martha J had four chidlren:Amanda, John, Jesse and Mary--seeking info on these four chldren who did not come to North Louisiana with the father Caleb and Amanda in 1880. They had 13 children; have data on all these children but 1.
