ED HIGHTOWER OF VALDOSTA, GEORGIA, FORWARDED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO ME AND GAVE HIS PERMISSION FOR ME TO POST IT:
The name Mary Dunn Edmondson appears in many genealogy sites as the wife of one Benjamin Edmondson (1740-1795 son of Upton and Mary Edmondson).

The orator of this suit for the plaintiffs was Benjamin Edmondson husband of Mary Edmondson. The suit in question was demanding the executors of William Hightower deceased settle the Estate and distribute the proceeds to John Hightower Jr., Mary and Benjamin Edmondson and the mentioned by name minor orphans.
