I have found your "Old" William Edmondson, born 11 Aug 1766 in New Berne, NC. I think his 2nd wife was Fanny Burns.

William Pink Edmondson was adopted. Had children: James 1813, Rachael born in Tennessee, married to Jesse Woninal, Dexter and Millie May

My GGrandfather was Joseph Burns Edmondson.

I believe Wm's father was Bryant. I am just
getting started on this and would appreciate any information you could help me with.
