First, it isn't "Bexler TX," it's Bexar (prounounced by those of us with a twang as "Bear") Co. Texas, which the county seat is San Antonio.

Looks like you may be a first time poster. If you check the Pilot Project, you'll see they have quite a few census database you can look through.
I did find Katherine with her family in the 1880 Census in Uvalde Co., TX (which isn't too far from Bexar). James and George are twins.

If I was to hazard a guess, the Lovering? children might be Elizabeth's from a previous marriage. They could also be a niece or nephew, or then, completely unrelated. But given Elizabeth's age, it's enntirely like she was married previous to Eli.

Elizabeth's date of immigrations is 1846, Years of residency 55 (with 64 crossed out--that's the right one).
I didn't find them in 1910, but if they are living with one of the sons, they won't show up on my quick search (I have to leave something for you to do!).
Blanco Co. is an interesting follow up, as George was buried in Blanco and that's where Martha lived.
