Hi Steve,
I noted your post on Turner B. Edmondson. He was in the Lamar County Census of 1860 where he was shown as age 51 and from North Carolina. In the 1850 Red River County Census (my home county which adjoins Lamar County) there were several Edmondsons, Edmundsons, and Edmonsons listed. There was a T. B. Edmundson (Turner B. ?) who was listed as age 23, a male, born in Arkansas. He was shown on Line 166 at McKenzie Institute on line 166. There were Edmondsons from South Carolina in the 1850 and the 1860 Census of Red River County.
