Saw your listing. I'm researching Edmonds from Ga. & Al.

I have in the past ran across some Edmondsons in 1870 Heard Co. cencus

Joseph H. Edmondson 45
Rebecca 39
Augustus H 20
William T. 17
Joseph ,jr 12
Martha 9
Benjamin J. 7
along with some black workers also named Edmondson.

also 1860 cencus:
Thomas J. Edmondson 27
Nancy 26
John 4
Mary M.P. 2

S.E. Edmondson 25
Agusta A. 19
Eliz. 52

Heard Co. is next to Troup where Lagrange is and at one time I think they were one.
