Stella, I have been looking for info on Mary Elizabeth Edmonson (Edmondson) m. Eli David Walker in 1847 in Hancock Co., Ill. Mary Elizabeth's parents were R. Edmonson (Edmondson) & Elizabeth Dyer. She was born in Alexandria, Va. on 1823. I was reading your post and I have a hand written account of where my 2nd cousin got this from her 2nd cousin, where she went to Scotland and there is alot of what you have from your book the same info on the de Edmondstone, Henry. Also Duntreath and Robert 3rd of Scotland. Archibald came to Md. in 1680 and Archibald Jr.married Dorothy Brooke.
Mary Elizabeth Edmonson (1823/1881) is my ggg Grandmother on my Father's side. If there is anyway that you can come up with any info for me, Thanks in advance. Dick.
