Can you help me with who is John Edmonson who married Sally Abel

John Edmonson is listed with one tithable in Capt. Gilkey's
Company of Militia. Nelson County Minute Book, 14 July 1789. James and
Matthew Edmonson are also listed with one tithable each.
Are these people apart of this same family, of Col. William Edmondson?
