It is my understanding, based on a lady
geneologist that helped my great aunts
to authenticate their credentials to join
the DAR back in the 1940's, that Edmond
(or Edmund) Edmondson was as far back
as she could trace in the states - that after
him it went back to England. I don't know
if this is fact or not, but it does seem
reasonable, I think. Anyway, I'm just getting started into this so if you have any
info that would help me, I'd appreciate it.
My side of the Edmondsons migrated
down to Tennessee (east) the some years
later on to Texas. I live in New Orleans,LA
