I was looking at a Dorough Family Tree and it had Edmondsons in it too. This is what I read.
Thomas Edmondson abt. 1765 died 8-1847 in Morgan Co., Ga. spouse not listed. Other spouses listed Nancy Hollis. They were married 4-26-1839 Morgan Co., Ga.
Children by first wife.
Penina, Nancy, Polly m. Green Evans, Wiley, Allen, Green H. m Sintha Dorough, Sarah C m. John L Dorough and then John H Edmondson.
For Thomas Milton Dorough and Elizabeth ? children were listed as : John L Dorough m Sarah C Edmondson, Sintha m Green H Edmondson, Margaret F, Thomas M m Elizabeth, Elizabeth m Henry Richards, Simeon B m Cynthia A Morman, Milton B m Nancy Adamson, Jonathan M m Cynthia T Beasley, and William Thomas Dorough m Rachel E Lackey.
John L and Sarah C had a daughter named Nancy M b.1838 in Benton Co., Al. married ? Edmondson. They had a son William B Edmondson 1856-1879. This is all I've found about this so far. Most of these marriages took place in Morgan Co., Ga. A lot of Doroughs lived there also. Thanks Who did Wiley son of this Thomas marry?
