Mary Ann Edmondson was born circa 1867. Her brother William was born 1865. Both born MO. Mary Ann m'd George Draper circa 1886, and was shot and killed in Poplar Bluff around 1889 or 90. My grandfather, Marion LeRoy Draper was born Aug 18, 1888. Mary Ann and William moved to Hopkins Co, Tx and she married Andrew Burton Jennings in 1902 in Emory, Tx. Both Mary Ann and William are buried in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins Co, Tx. All leads back to a George who was born in TN. He may have served CSA in AL. I am getting nowhere. Also, the name Homer is prevalent in our family line. Both Wm & Mary Ann had sons named Homer. Does anyone have a George? Thnx.
