EDMONDS Surname Research

I am looking for information concerning the EDMONDS that lived in Habersham
County. My Great Grandfather is James Thomas EDMONDS born February 7, 1846 and died in
1904. Is buried at the Carnes Creek Baptist Cementary. James Thomas was married to Rhonda
and they had six sons and two daughters as follows: John S., Judy, Jadesvas, James T., Columbus,
W. Swift, Carson, and Bashaba. James Thomas made first class shingles and hauled them into
Toccoa for sale. My Grandfather was James T. EDMONDS and was known as J.T. He was born
April 29, 1870 and died in 1910. He married Maggie Elizabeth (Hayes) on September 14, 1890.
They had seven sons and two daughters as follows: Luther, James Garnett, Lee, William Miller,
Willis Thomas, John Charles, Robert David (my Father), Rosie, and Emma. J.T. is also buried at
the Carnes Creek cementary. Any assistance that you may be able to provide would greatly be
appreciated. My E-mail address is: 0902@sccoast.net and home address is: 5087 Mill Pond
Road, Myrtle Beach,
