I'm a descendent of Olney, IL Edmistons but don't see yours in my lines. There seem to be several Edmiston households living in Olney in the late 1800s and I have never figured out how they are all related, as they surely must be. I have a great great grandfather Daniel L. (b. 1837) who had a son Frank, but he would have been 20 years older than yours. I did copy down some notes on ancestors of your Lottie (Charlotte) Nickerson/Hatten/Edmiston if you don't have that. I don't have the source but probably from the Richland County Geneological Society publication. Looks like a Jim Edmiston of Maryland Heights, Missouri had submitted some information. I copied this down 20 years ago when I was just starting out doing some geneology before I realized it wasn't one of my direct lines. If you have any info on Edmiston ancestors or connections between Edmistons in Richland Co., IL, I'd like to see it.
