Kayla, You have made my day! Jacob Edler is my great grandfather. Although I have known about him and his marriage to Anna Maria Rentz, I have not been able to go back farther than that. Harvey Christian was my grandfather and his youngest daughter, Kathryn, was my mother. I would be very interested in any information you might have about the family in Germany.
