The marriage record of William Walls and Elizabeth russell in 1941 in Edinburgh gives James Hay walls and Margaret Elizabeth Nicholson as Williams' parents so I checked for his death:

Son of James Hay Walls, Plumber (decd) and Margaret Elizabeth Walls, MS Nicholson (decd).
Cause: Myocardial Infarction, Coronary Artery Disease, Generalised Arteriosclerosis.
17 December 1986, 5 Larkfield Drive, Eskbank, Dalkeith
REF: 762/528
Informant: Louis M. McCaffray, Stepson, 27 Sherwood Driver, Giffnock, Glasgow.
The reference to William Walls being a plumber is probably just a mistake. Many are made especially when the informant is slightly removed from the family.
Louis M. McCaffray was born in 1938 and married Mary Thomson in 1962. I was hoping that I could find him on the Electoral Roll for the UK was was unable to. I also couldn't find a record of his death in Scotland to date. I hoped he could help you find your cousin. I did search for a marriage and death for her in Scotland but there was no trace of either. She has perhaps moved from the country.
There is, though, a Marjorie E. Walls on the Electoral Roll for Edinburgh. She isn't living with someone who could be a husband which would mean her name wouldn't be Walls anyway. You tend to assume that women need to be looked for under a married name but as I couldn't find a marriage or a death this is probably her.
Would you mind mailing me direct and I will give you her address. It didn't seem right to publish it on a message board.
