Ella, thank you very much. Levi is my grandfather, and Effie Stephens is my grandmother. They were married 25 Dec 1911 in Mt. Vernon, MO. They had 4 children, and according to my records, Levi had 7-8 brothers and sisters.

If anyone wants more info on this line, I'll be glad to share what I have. Again, thank you so much. I just wanted confirmation that Levi was from this line.

And, how much information is known about this David Edie, Sr., or this John Eddy of Woodbridge? Is there any substantiating evidence to indicate which was Alexander's father?

I've noticed that there are about 50 yrs. between David and Alexander. I have also seen that perhaps David was born around 1713, and, I must say, that age difference seems to make a little more sense. But, that doesn't mean a whole lot either. Just curious. Once again, thank you so much.
