plenty of info available on R.L.Edgeworth Sr.(Ireland).[ see other posting ] .He was an advocate of Rousseau and educated his children in that style.He introduced the blackboard into the schoolroom after a trip to the orient. His daughter Maria was a famous novelist in her day (1800-1850). Have much information on her aswell. I am an Edgeworth cousin via the Allens and Marshes (County Longford, Ireland.) Thanks. .T.
