"Lord Mount Edgecombe of Plymouth"

This subject entry, Lord Mount Edgecombe of Plymouth, was found on handwritten notes of family history of the George family of Mousehole Cornwall which were made by my grandmother years ago. These notes are not in good shape and this entry is not clear. I don't find any mention of this in the Edgecombe listings? Does it make any sense to anyone here? My Grandmother, maiden name Ada George b 1882 (+/-) in Mousehole, Cornwall wrote this referring to fathers family (george) but no other info available.
