This is what I have on the Suggett-Edgecomb line. John Suggett, b. c1630 in England; d. 1690 in Old Rappahannock Co., VA; married Sarah Edgecomb, b. c1653 in Old Rappahannock Co., VA; d. c1699 in Richmond Co., VA. Sarah was the daughter of John Edgecomb and Sarah (surname perhaps Stallion). Sarah Edgecomb and John Suggett married in 1670 and had at least 4 children John, James, Edgecomb and Thomas.

Edgecomb Suggett married Lucy (surname unknown) and had at least 2 children, Edgecomb II and Mary. Mary, b. 1712, married Richard Guilliams. Edgecomb II, b. March 3, 1708/09 in Richmond Co., VA, d. Jan. 9, 1753 in Richmond Co., VA, married Elizabeth Keene, daughter of John Keene and Elizabeth Oliver. (I have more on the Keene family if you are interested.) Edgecomb Suggett II and Elizabeth Keene had at least 7 children: Lucy (married Griffin Lewis); John; Elizabeth, b. Mar 11, 1740/41 (married John Slaughter); William; Edgecomb III; Susannah; and Sarah, b. May 13, 1751, married John Jones. I am a descendant through both Edgecomb III and Sarah.

Edgecomb Suggett III married (1) Constance Edmundson in 1767 and had 2 children Elizabeth Keene Suggett, b. 1768, and Benjamin Suggett, b. 1770. Constance Edmundson died before 1789. Edgecomb Suggett III then married (2) Mary “Molly” Jones on July 23, 1789. They also had two children, Lucy (married Martin Phillips) and Thomas, b. 1798 in Mecklenburg Co., VA (married Lucy Bishop). Thomas is my line. He was the half-brother of your Elizabeth.
