Hoping for more information on David Sutton Edge who, I understand, was baptised 11 Oct 1815 in Rathdrum, Wicklow, Ireland.
He died in 1949 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Occupation, saddler. According to another researcher he was the son of Samuel Edge (who died 1830) and Lucy Sutton.I would like to know Lucy's parents. They may have been John and Charlotte.
David married Elizabeth (Betsey) Gilbert (widow od either Thomas or Anthony Sutton. I can find no marriage record.
They had two children Edward and Lucy who were orphened when babies.
