Hi Rene, I am also researching the Edge Family from Grindon and Waterfall Staffordshire. I have been able to go back as far as Daniel and Ruth but no further as yet. They had more children including a son called William of whom I am a desendant. I don't have a great deal of information but am happy to share what I do have.
