I am helping a friend locate her father-in-laws ancestors.
This is what she has for reference:
John Henry Edge born in Dublin, Laurens County, GA in 1877, Died in Orlando, Orange County, Florida in 1956. Drafted into WWI 1917?
Wife of John Henry:
Mattie Beulah Taylor believed to have been born in Jeffersonville or Danzelle, Twiggs County, Georgia. They married in Georgia, not sure where though.
Children:
Minnie Lee: died in Orlando, Florida
John Thomas: ?
Billy and James: Died in Georgia
Clarence Raymond: b. 03/08/1926 still living in Florida.
Clarence Raymond Edge:
1st married Mary Elizabeth Brown in Florida. Her father was Lattie Brown born in Mississippi, died in Florida. Mary Elizabeth and Clarence Raymond divorced and she remarried a Reyes(?) and raised the children in her home.
Children with 1st wife:
Cassandra b. 1948
Raymond Lattie(Chip) b. 1954 living in Texas
Kenneth b. 1957
Mark b.?
2nd wife: Katherine(Cathryn?)Scott b. 1937 d. either 2005 or 2006 in Florida.
Children:
Ronnie, Randy, Jerry, Cindy, Mary(killed in auto accident in Florida.
Please, anyone with any information on this family ancestry contact me and let me help this family fill in the gaps.
