There is an old verse written about the "Twin Cairns of Wedderlie", which is about the Edgar line. The twin cairns are two stone columns in that region of Scotland which stand several meters apart from one another. No one knows exactly why they were constructed or by whom. The legend is that they are monuments to two brothers. I have been advised by other researchers that there is an Edgar family reunion there periodically.
