Others can probably provide more detail on William Coner than I can. He is not in my line so I have not accumulated as much on him as I might otherwise. He lived in Logan County, Kentucky prior to his migration to south central Missouri. I have seen speculation that he was born in Virginia but no definite proof.
He married Permela Jane Ewing in Bedford County, VA on June, 27, 1786.
