I would be interested to know if you have anything on a Robert Edgar. This guy was my GGGF and settled in Ohio where most of his family reside. He, on the other hand left Ohio at some point in time and, from the tales that I've heard ended up in Nottingham, PA where he was killed by a moving train while carring a keg of beer home. I can't testify to the validity of this tale, but I do know that my great uncle (Charles Edgar) traveled to that area and could find no record of him. All I know for sure is that he was married to an Isabelle Hewett and they had a son (George Thomas), my GGF. George Thomas, I think may have come to the states with his dad
but not entirely positive on that either.
