I have found several Edgars in Washington Co., PA, but not a Robert. There was a James, Samuel, Adam, Jane, Mary, Margret, Thomas and a Elizabeth.

From what I have been able to determine, several of these Edgars were orginally from Scotland, then moved to County Down, Ireland and then to York Co., PA and finally ended up in Washington Co., PA.

The more I discover about them, the more confused I get.
