Hi Everyone,
iv been reading through the messages and noticed people with edgars ar rockcliffe and longtown i wondered if anyone had come across edgar/edgers from scalby ??
i have a george edgar born around 1790ish on one census he says he was born at scalby he married margaret wison in wigton then is back to rockcliffe/scalby area in 1851,he had a daughter isabella and son john,would love to get back another generation on this family as it is my main family name.
any ideas would be a great help
