Jesse Edgar appears on the 1820 and 1830 census for Giles County, TN, and the 1840 Census for Henderson County, TN.
Does anyone have any information on Jesse? I am trying to identify the parents of my 2nd great grandfather, John H. Edgar, born in TN in 1818.
Susan Howe has identified Jesse as a son of James Edgar and Phebe Wright of Bedford, VA.
