Obadiah b. Plymouth abt 1645 son of Samuel Eddy and Elizabeth (possibly Savery per Eddy, 1930 and Savery Gen published in NEHGR, 1887) or (possibly Rogers per Stratton,Plymouth Colony, 1986 and Roser, Mayflower Increasings,1995)grandson of William of Cranbrook.
I have not seen the additions to the original Eddy genealogy. I found a possible death date for Mercy: [MD 15:222 - Middleboro VR] "Mercy Samson Wife to Samuel Samson Deceased February the 15th 1742/3 in the 77th year of her age 1742/3" If correct, changes birth date, parents marriage date.
Mercy Eddy, dau of Obadiah and Bennett (Ellis) Eddy, b. abt 1674 [NEHGR 119:172] m. Samuel Sampson/Samson bef 1700. 5 children known to me. my ancestor, Esther Sampson m. Abraham Barden Middleboro Jan 26 1725 [MD 8:250].
Did Obadiah's dau Hasadiah marry the same Samuel?
Do the Eddy supplements contain addition information about the people I have mentioned?
