My grandmother's name was Anna Ruth Eddy who married Erling W. Hansen. Her family moved to Zumbrota Minnesota from the East Coast. My mother has, in her possession, a very thick book on the Eddy Family. I am guessing it is the family of the Eddy Homestead because I remember taking a trip there when I was young following our roots. The family members that are listed in this book could possibly be up to the year 1960 or so. There is a coat of arms on the cover of this book. I will see if I can offer any information on this book and submit the name of the publisher in another message.
