My early Eddy Family was in the Swansea, Bristol Co. MA.
Somehow Benjamin Eddy, married 14 Feb. 1744/45 married to Mary Hill's daughter Mary Eddy, married William Morse. Their son Israel Morse, born in Swansea, married in Lincoln County, Ontario. Israel married Margaret Kitchen on 10 Nov. 1803 in Lincoln County, Ontario. Israel Morse buried
in Frome Cemetery in Ontario. My record tells me Mary Eddy was buried 1 Jul 1843 or 1 Aug 1843 in St. Lawrence County, New York( age 95)
I do know Mary Eddy applied for a pension for William Morse being in the Rev. War. Mary Eddy swore she was married to William Morse in Swansea. The number I have is W17153.
I have the Eddy Book.
