Looking for an obit for Valoral D. Eddy who was the postmaster for Rush City, Minn. in 1900. He was born in 1841, and I believe he died at Rush City in 1907. His wife was Anna. His father was Philo and mother was Lizzie or possibly Clarissa. Val was originally from Sardinia, N.Y. and I'm writing a local history article about his civil war experiences with the NY 44th infantry. He was very good at being a soldier and a heroe at Little Round Top in the Gettysburg battle. An obit would help greatly. Thank You.
