Tracy, there were several Benjamin Eddins. Old Benjamin Eddins (born 1735) had a son named Joel Eddins, who was born circa 1779 in Abbeville Co., S.C. and died 1843 in Limestone Co., Ala. Circa 1801 he married Judith White. She died 1865 in Marshall Co., Ms. Their first child was son Benjamin Franklin Eddins, born 1802 and died in the Civil War. In 1833 he married Elizabeth P. Norris in Huntsville, Madison Co., Ala. Bob Eddings.
