Edaburn, Edeburn, Ediburn, Ettaburn, Atteburn, Attaburn (does this include the Attabury folks?) ...

odder variants -- Edeborn, Eddteburn, Eaftburn, Aettaburn ...

Our Aikins Family Bible has the following:
"Robert Aikins, a native of Ireland and Mary Aettaburn of Wash county Pa. were married in 1787. And in 1795 moved to Ohio Belmont Co. near St Clarrsville And in 1808 moved to Morgan County Ohio"

Mary may be the "Mary Ehins" reportedly mentioned in the will of Jacob Edeburn of Cumberland County, PA.

Seeking any additional information on Robert & Mary. I have an extensive list of their descendants.

Thank you,

Bill Strickland
