Hello Ruth, I spoke with you some time ago regarding my grandfather rubi H Eckman son of henson Eckman and martha c tucker. I'am still tyring to find out what happened to him. I was looking at a 1910 census of walla walla, Washington. he is at Fort Walla walla and I noticed that where it says Single, married, widowed, or divorced, there is a D meaning divorced. So I guess this means he was married before he married my grandma hattie markley 1 jan 1911. I was wondering if you may know who he had been married to first. any help you might could give would sure be appreciated, thanks for your time.
