Madge,I tried to email you whenever you sent me an email but it was returned.Yes, Violet was the daughter of William Isaac Eckelberry and Martha Jane Benjamin.
William was the son of George and Martha Conaway Eckelberry.
George was the son of John Henry Eckelberry and Catherine Alspair.

There is a picture of Evan Walters at the site.It is on page 19 of the photos.There are pictures of two of his children, Ada, from his first wife, and Edna, from Evan's second wife.
You will be related to most of the people at the site.

EVAN WALTERS TAKEN BY DEATH
Evan Walters, aged 76, died from complications at the home of his daughter,Mrs. Howard Casteel, Railroad st., Newcomerstown, Thursday evening at 6 o'clock.
The aged man had been suffering from blood poisoning and erysiplas.He had been visiting for the past week at his daughter's home.He became ill at her home.He lived in the Wesley chapel neighborhood.
Mr. Walters was a farmer.He was a member of the M.E. church.There are surviving his widow and several children.Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Wesley chapel in charge of Rev. M. W. Rafeld, pastor of the Newcomerstown U. B. church.Burial will be made in Wesley Chapel cemetery.

One more thing, William Isaac has a Will and can be found at the Tusc. Co. Genealogical Society.I believe it will confirm that Violet is his daughter.
