Our records show her as Mary Ann (Polly) Formby b. Jul/18/1784. She was the daughter of Nathan Formby and Tabitha Echols. She married (1) William Day, had issue (2) William Moore, had issue. She was the oldest sister of my ancestor, Aaron Formby. Aaron married Elizabeth Harvell, my father was named for this maternal gdm. Harvell Henry Fomby (Formby). If you come across any info on the Harvell side please forward to me. Jackson Harvell Formby was my GGgrandfather.
