Living and married around Batesville or Jackson, AR in 1880-1900. Margaret married first Charles Kelly and had Etta Mae Kelly and then married ? Harper and moved to OK. Mae Kelly married a Shepphard. Rosie Echols married J. W. McNease before 1880 and had one son Ellie Hugh McNiece. They may have had a brother named Thomas. Any connections?
