You have just described my father. The priest, Rev. William J. Echols who performed the funeral ceremony for one of my uncles, is my brother. Please feel free to contact me. I knew my father had a wife after he left my mother in Honduras. After my father was killed, we never had any contact with any members of his family in Honduras. Perhaps your father was a decendant of that union.
My name is Betty Louise Echols Carroll and I an the oldest daughter of Don Henry Echols. I have a sister, Mary Alice Echols and two brothers, Don Henry Echols, III and William Joseph Echols. I find it odd that you were a junior as my father was a junior and his father the senior.
