I am doing some family research and would appreciate any information that would help me. I am the decendent of Robert Nathaniel Echols born Jan 1864 in Pearisburg, Giles, Co. VA, died on Burke Mtn. Keystone, WV McDowell County. He married Emma J. Mills born Nov. 4 1883 in Wyoming County. They had 11 children Samuel Clifford, Virginia Kelly, Alice T, Mary E., Robert E., John O.,James R.,William L., Mamie Z., Lucy, and Effie M..
Samuel Clifford born 2-2-1899 to 8-15-1962 married Ethel Hopkins 11-25-1906 - Sept. 1979 and they had nine children: Ada, Addie, Frank Sr.(my grandfather) 9-2-1930 - 7-28-2008, Ethel, Ellen, Jackson died as an infant, Dorothy 5-11-1943 - 4-12-1944, Jr.2-19-1926 - 11-10-2008, Gracie 11-28-1927- 8-10-2008. I would appreciate any information that could be of assistance. My grandfather was born and raised in the Herndon - Herndon Heights area of Wyoming County in West Virginia.
