I do not recall where I got this information, but I have notes that indicate that the Echols Cemetery is located in a little community called Yellowdirt in Heard County. The cemetery is located inside the property of the Wansley Power Plant. Because of security concers, permission has to be obtained from the plant to visit the cemetery.
