Echols in Oglethorpe co Ga-need will look up

Jane Echols married Solmon Ray in 1796 in Wilkes co Ga. I have searched for over five years trying to find who her parents were. Oglethorpe co Ga was formed from Wilkes co Ga in 1796.There was an ElijahmJohn and three James Echols living in Oglethrope co Ga in the 1790's. Maybe one of them was Jane Echol's father. Would anyone have a book about Oglehorpe co Ga wills that might list an Echols who died probably in the 1830's or 1840's that might list a daughter named Jane Ray (married name) or Jane Farrow (second husband)or Jane Lacks (third husband).
