Kay
My ancestor was Jane Echols who married Solomon Ray in 1796 in Wilkes co Ga. I have spent over four years trying to find who her parents were. she and Solomon lived near Milner Echols most of the time in each county they lived in. (Wilkes,Clarke,Jasper) and Solomon Ray was listed on the line just below Milner Echols and James Echols who I assume was Milner's father in a tax digest from Clarke co Ga in the early 1800's but Milner was born in 1772 and Jane was born about 1779 so they could not have been siblings. James Echols did not have a daughter named Jane born about 1779 as far as I know. Would you by an chance know who Jane Echol's parents were? Jane might have been her middle name. Thanks,Ross
