My great grandfather John Eccleston (1851-1918) had a brother named Archibald Eccleston. They were from the Chase/ Middle River area of Balto County. Archibald had a son Archibald Jr. and I believe there was a grandson named Achibald as well. My father refers to an Arch Eccleston who would have been in dad's generation who was a lawyer and had done a very detailed genealogy on the family. My gr grandfather John and Archibald's father was William Eccleston and mother was Keziah (possibly maiden name Lightner). William and Kezia had a large farm on Earls Rd in Chase. If this sounds like possibly your Archibald's family please let me know. I have more info on Archibald somewhere, but will have to dig for it as I have not compiled it all yet. I can also ask my dad for more info as this is his family and he has more info that I have not taken notes on yet.
