"Petition of Jacob Ebner, George Defrehne, John Ebner, Daniel Ebner, Henry Wintersteen, David Ebner, Joseph Boger, William Robbins, George Cooper, Jacob Rishel (guardian), William Hartman, Catherine Ebner, Salome Defrehn, Lidia Wintersteen, Margaret Boger, Mary Robbins, Catherine Cooper & George Ebner heirs and others interested in the real estate of Conrad Ebner late of Derry Township in said County" wherein they "refuse to take the said land at said appraisement". "Whereupon January 22, 1839 Pet. read, prayer granted to the court direct the land to be sold by the administration, he[?] to give bail in double the amount of the appraisement - Same day David Davis & Jacob Bitler approved of as security - By the Court"
