I am descended from Jonathan, William, Graves I, Graves II, Bartlett Yancey, Howard Harvey, and Lucinda, born 1816 in Jasper County, Georgia, who married Usrey Brown in Marengo County, Alabama, in 1833. They had Howard Harvey Brown 29 Apr 1843 in Pontotoc County, MS. Usrey Brown and Lucinda lived and died in Sebastian County, Arkansas. This line has been proved and accepted by the Colonial Dames. Would love to hear from any of my cousins.

I am also searching for the ancestors of Usrey Brown whose first name may have been James who was born in 1812 in either AL or GA.
